LADD – Living Alternatives for the Developmentally Disabled in Paw Paw, Michigan is seeking a Professional Care Technician (Direct Care Worker) to provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental and medical disabilities. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, personal care, meals, and medication passing to help residents live as independently and safely as possible.

The position offers a 2nd shift with 16–24 hours per week and rotating weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination.
• Availability to work rotating weekends.
• HIPAA and HITECH confidentiality compliance.

Position Details

• Position: Professional Care Technician (Direct Care Worker)
• Location: Paw Paw, Michigan
• Starting Pay: $17.13 per hour
• Shifts Available: 2nd shift position
• Hours: 16-24 hours per week
• Schedule: Includes every other weekend

What You'll Do

As a Professional Care Technician, you'll provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental and medical disabilities, helping them live as independently and safely as possible. You'll assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, passing medications, encourage personal growth, build meaningful relationships, and make a positive impact on the lives of the people you support.
