CareOne Senior Care is hiring caregivers / direct care workers to support clients in the Ann Arbor & Ypsilanti area with in-home care. Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility support as outlined in individual care plans.

Great for compassionate, dependable individuals seeking flexible scheduling and meaningful work. Earn $15-$17/hour on regular assignments, with specialty roles paying up to $22.50/hour, plus next-day pay

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background screening.
• Willing to complete TB testing and onboarding training.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance when transportation is part of the assignment.

CareOne Senior Care is looking for caring and dependable individuals to provide in-home assistance and companionship to clients in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti area .

Job Description

As a caregiver, you will assist clients according to their individual care plans. Duties vary depending on the assignment and may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, and support with daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned.

• Help prepare meals and maintain a comfortable living environment.

• Complete light housekeeping and laundry as assigned.

• Provide reminders and support with daily routines.

• Assist with mobility and transfers when required and within your training.

• Encourage appropriate activities and social interaction.

• Follow client care plans and agency policies.

• Observe and communicate concerns or changes in client needs to the office.

• Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the CareOne team.

Pay and Benefits

• $15-$17 per hour for regular assignments.

• Select specialty assignments paying up to $22.50 per hour.

• Next-day pay options for eligible earnings.

• $150 referral bonus for eligible referrals after 90 days in good standing.

Qualifications
