CareOne Senior Care is seeking a dependable Companion Caregiver to support clients in Plymouth, MI with companionship and daily activities. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and respectful interactions to improve clients' wellbeing.

Shifts include short daytime, afternoon, and evening hours with both part-time and full-time assignments. Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour for regular work, with higher rates for select specialty assignments and next-day pay options.

Formación

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and willing to complete required background screening and TB testing.
• Previous caregiving experience is welcome, and eligible entry-level opportunities may be available.

We are looking for individuals who are patient, respectful, friendly, and committed to providing reliable care.

Responsibilities may include:

• Offering conversation and companionship
• Participating in simple activities with clients
• Preparing light meals and snacks
• Assisting with daily routines and personal care as assigned
• Helping with light housekeeping related to client care

Opportunities may include:

• Short daytime shifts
• Afternoon and evening hours
• Weekday and weekend schedules
• Part-time and full-time assignments

Pay and benefits:

• $15–$17 per hour for regular assignments
• Select specialty assignments up to $22.50 per hour
• Next-day pay options
• $150 referral bonus for eligible referrals
