All American Home Care is actively seeking an experienced DCW to join our team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Position Overview

Provides consumer care services including personal care, light housekeeping, or companion services in the consumer's home. Responsibilities include assistance with activities of daily living, maintaining a clean and safe environment, meal preparation, laundry, and other related duties.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Assist consumers with activities of daily living such as hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing, as prescribed in the care plan.
2. Treat each person with respect and dignity.
3. Respect consumer rights, including confidentiality and autonomy.
4. Maintain the home in a clean and safe condition, including light housekeeping tasks like vacuuming, laundry, dusting, washing floors, making beds, and dishes.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Hoyer Lift and Bedbound experience (REQUIRED).
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, or Direct Care Worker certification (Preferred).
• Clear background check.
• Valid ID/DL (Driving not mandatory).
• PPDs, TB, or Chest X-ray.
