Join Our Team as a Direct Care Worker - $250 Sign-On Bonus

All American Home Care LLC is seeking experienced Direct Care Workers (DCW) to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. We offer full-time positions with a schedule from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Position Overview

This role involves providing consumer care services, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and companionship within the client's home environment. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and other related duties.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist consumers with activities of daily living such as hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Respect the dignity and rights of each individual, including confidentiality and autonomy.
• Maintain the home’s cleanliness and safety through tasks like vacuuming, laundry, dusting, and dishwashing.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and caring for bedbound individuals (REQUIRED).
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, or Direct Care Worker certification (Preferred).
• Clear background check.
• Valid ID/DL (Driving not mandatory).
• Social Security number (Mandatory).
• PPDs, TB test, or Chest X-ray.
