Eminence Home Care is looking for compassionate and motivated Direct Care Workers to join our dedicated team. In this important role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, assisting them with everyday activities and enhancing their quality of life. Your duties will include helping clients with personal care tasks, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and providing companionship. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Help prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Support mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion for clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
