Job summary

The Arc Ontario is hiring a Direct Support Professional for our Residential program. You will assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living, including personal care, household tasks, and community outings.

This role emphasizes creating a safe, supportive home environment where clients can grow and thrive. We offer evening, night, and weekend shifts with a $1.00 differential for night and weekend work, plus health and retirement benefits and an employee assistance program.

Direct Support Professional - Residential

Salary: $18.91 - $20.14 (per diem/substitute $17.91)

Differential: $1.00 pay differential for night shift; $1.00 pay differential weekend shifts!
