The Arc Ontario is hiring a Direct Support Professional for a residential setting in New York. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks, helping them grow and thrive in a safe home environment.

The role includes evenings, night shifts, and weekends, with $1.00 differential for night and weekend shifts. Per diem/substitute rates are listed below; full-time benefits are available.

Direct Support Professional - Residential

Salary: $18.91 - $20.14 (per diem/substitute $17.91)

Position Overview: Join our Residential Team as a Direct Support Professional and make a real impact by supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. From assisting with personal care and household tasks to planning community outings and recreational activities, you'll help create a safe, supportive home environment where individuals can grow and thrive.

Differential: $1.00 pay differential for night shift; $1.00 pay differential weekend shifts!
