Direct Care Staffing Scheduler

This position will be responsible for the recruitment, selection, placement/hiring process, and scheduling for all Health Care Center employees.

Wage Range: $20.00/hour and up ; DOE

About You

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in a nursing home or senior living facility. Previous experience in human resources or business operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic recruitment and HR practices, employment law and regulations.
• Demonstrated understanding of functions, organization, policy, regulations and procedures of a long-term care/skilled nursing facility.
• Strong computer skills and technology understanding is preferred. Good phone technique and communication skills.
