Capitol Lakes in Madison, WI is hiring CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing Team. We offer flexible scheduling and a preceptor program, along with PayActiv daily pay.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour, with full-time AM, PM, and NOC shifts available, and a strong benefits package including health, retirement, and education reimbursement. As a CNA, you will provide person-centered care, support residents’ daily activities, and work with a caring team to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Wisconsin is required.

Capitol Lakes is a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), conveniently located in the heart of downtown Madison. Capitol Lakes offers flexible scheduling and work life balance, preceptor program/career development opportunities, and PayActiv (daily pay option).

Wage Range: Starting at $19.50/hr. and up, depending on experience

Work Schedules Available:

• Full-Time AM Shifts (6:00am-2:00pm)
• Full-Time PM Shifts (2:00pm-10:00pm)
• Full-Time NOC Shifts (10:00pm-6:00am)

About You:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Wisconsinis required.
• Prior CNA experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
