Henry & Henry Adult Day Program is seeking full-time Direct Care Staff to support adults with developmental and physical disabilities in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. The position runs Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Oakland, CA, with a starting wage of $21/hour.

Responsibilities include personal care support, facilitating activities, documenting observations, and working closely with a dedicated care team to promote independence and well-being.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct support with personal care (diaper changing, feeding, activities of daily living).
• Facilitate participation in recreational, social, and educational activities.
• Promote independence and support individualized goals.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive program environment.
• Document daily care and observations per guidelines.
• Collaborate with the care team.
