Grace Community Care and Homes Inc. in New Jersey seeks a part-time role to assist participants with daily activities, ensure safe mobility, and maintain service records under supervision.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, collaboration with leadership and various teams, and adherence to program scope. Training and regulatory eligibility will be verified prior to service delivery.

Program readiness

This is a planned role. Start date and duties are contingent on applicable program approvals, funding, credentialing and staffing readiness. Services may begin only within the approved scope.

Location and schedule

New Jersey, with administrative coordination through Grace and on-site or community assignments as applicable. This is a part-time role. The final assignment and weekly schedule will be discussed during hiring. Clinical services begin only at approved locations and within the program's authorized scope.

Adult-care experience preferred; required training, screening and ability to provide respectful support with reasonable accommodation. Applicants should provide relevant credentials, experience, availability and a resume. Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery. Pay: $17-$20 per hour, based on qualifications and relevant experience.

Employment type: Part-time. Weekly hours and start date will be discussed during hiring; this planned program role is contingent on required approvals and staffing readiness.
