What you will do:

• Support individuals with daily living activities depending on their level of need
• Foster a supportive living environment that promotes emotional, physical, and social well‑being
• Assist with planning and implementing treatment and support plans
• Maintain safety standards
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when needed

What we are looking for:

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with adults with mental health challenges desirable, but not necessary. If you have knowledge of, or desire to learn about the needs and abilities of people struggling with mental health, please consider applying.

Position details:

• Per diem positions with shifts that may include day, overnight and weekend hours, based on your availability.
• Starting at $19/hour, with shift differentials for evening hours (plus $3) and awake overnight (plus $4).
• After completing the in‑house training of Medication Administration, First Aid and CPR, and Crisis Prevention and Intervention, the pay will increase to $20/hour.
• Valid driver’s license, use of personal vehicle and clear background required.
