Our Adult Day Program seeks full-time Direct Care Staff Members to support adults with developmental and physical disabilities in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.

Position: Direct Care Staff

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Starting Wage: $21/hour

Location: Henry & Henry Adult Day Program | 2614 Seminary Avenue Oakland, CA 94605

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with personal care, including diaper changing, feeding, and other activities of daily living.
• Facilitate participation in recreational, social, and educational activities.
• Promote independence and support individualized goals.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful program environment.
• Document daily care and observations per program guidelines.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
