Job summary

Delta-T Group in Brookeville, MD is seeking a Direct Care Staff professional to support youth aged 16–21 in a residential setting. The role operates on a 7am–1pm or 1pm–9pm schedule, with immediate start and competitive compensation.

You will supervise trainees, plan life skills activities, and provide transportation as needed while complying with COMAR regulations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and prior mental health or youth mentoring

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Supervise the Trainees in their semi-independent living environment.
