Delta-T Group Western Penna., Inc. is seeking Direct Support Staff for evening shifts in Western Allegheny County.

This independent contractor role offers part-time opportunities with a compensation rate of $17 per hour, depending on qualifications and availability. Responsibilities include providing direct care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (i.e. Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background).
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation—a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.

CLIENT'S HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS

• $17/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.


• EVENING/2ND SHIFTS (3p-11p, 4p-12mid)


• Weekdays and/or Weekends: You tell us what shifts YOU can work!


• Flexibile Part-time & Long term independent contract opportunities may be available.


• Some assignments ongoing and client negotiable temp-to-potential-perm

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY

• Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
