Transport/Caseworker - Residential Site (Full-time, Hanover, PA)

Pay Rate starts at $14.28 per hour.

Job Duties

• Transporting residents to appointments.
• Ensure providers receive all important information regarding the visit, take notes, document and communicate to staff.
• Provide assistance and advocacy for clients living with chronic mental health disorders.
• Assist clients to reach their goal of independent living.
• Assist with meal prep, laundry, and cleaning.
• Transport clients to community outings and activities.
• Apply a strengths-based and recovery-oriented approach.
• Be well-versed or willing to learn about Trauma-Informed Care and practice it in daily work.
• Be reliable, professional, and able to assist residents during crisis situations.
