Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals in Mansfield to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings. You will provide daily living assistance, meal prep, and accompany individuals on community outings, helping to create structured routines that promote independence and safety.

Positions are part-time with Evening shifts; full-time, relief and per-diem options available.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a residential setting.
• Willingness to complete required screenings and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance and support with activities of daily living.
• Assist with meal preparation and structured routines.
• Support community outings and transportation as needed.
• Monitor safety and communicate any concerns to supervisors.
