Lifesteps is hiring a Direct Care Professional for the Penn Run, PA area.

Lifesteps, a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, is immediately hiring compassionate staff to work with adults with disabilities in a residential setting in Penn Run, PA.

Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) assist adults with daily living skills and home care tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care, medication administration, and goal setting.

This is a full-time position with steady hours! Work 40 hours/week on a 2/3 split shift: 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. and 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.

No experience necessary! Paid training provided! Experienced home health aides and direct support professionals are welcome to apply.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
