Job Skills / Requirements

The position requires a patient, caring individual interested in engaging in social, leisure, and recreational activities with adults with special needs participating in the Habilitation program at Blue River Services. Responsibilities include supervising and training adults with developmental disabilities in community and facility settings during scheduled activities. Schedule Requirements

Flexible schedule:

• Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Friday: 3:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Additional Benefits and Compensation

$350 Sign-on Bonus (eligible position). Must be scheduled for at least 20 hours per week. Shift differentials include an additional $1.00 for weekends. Overtime hours are available but not guaranteed.
