Job summary

Radiant Health, a premier community mental health center, seeks a Direct Care Professional to support clients in daily living skills, self-care, and home management. You will work in the Supervised Group Living Home with around-the-clock support, following organizational policies and safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification (or willingness to obtain), and a valid Indiana driver’s license with vehicle insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Competency to teach and demonstrate day-to-day living skills to adult clients.
• Willingness to obtain CPR Certification if not already held.
• Must have a valid Indiana driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Teach skills in daily functioning, self-care, and home management.

Employees work with clients in the assigned Supervised Group Living Home, with administrative assistance and clinical intervention available 24 hours daily. Employees shall function in compliance with all organizational policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.To support a safe and healthy environment for the individuals we serve and for one another, all employees of Radiant Health are required to comply with organizational health and infection prevention requirements as a condition of employment. This includes providing documentation of immunization status, completing required health screenings, and adhering to communicable disease prevention protocols applicable to the role and work environment.
