Job summary

Radiant Health is seeking an Addiction Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient mental health and substance use treatment to individuals on their recovery journey in Indiana. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, couples, and group therapy within a collaborative team.

The role requires a Master's in a related field and Indiana licensure or active eligibility.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health discipline.
  • Current Indiana temporary or associate license (LMHCA, LMFTA, LSW, or equivalent) or full clinical licensure.
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing behavioral health practice.
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic updates.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and DMHA safety plans.
  • Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support when necessary.
  • Help clients develop healthy coping strategies and life skills.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
  • Complete mental status examinations and differential diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate quality client care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
