• Competency to teach and demonstrate day‑to‑day living skills to adult clients.
• Has or be willing to obtain CPR Certification.
• Have and maintain a valid Indiana driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance upon demand.
• Able to work variable work hours to accommodate specific staffing needs.
• Must have sight and hearing to be able to observe client behavior and communicate with clients; must have own automobile to drive to and be ambulatory to visit the clients in their home, when necessary, which may involve climbing stairs.
• Patience and empathy with the ability to accept clients at their level of functioning.
• Able to uphold professional standards as a representative of the organization.

• Employees work with clients in the assigned Supervised Group Living Home, with administrative assistance and clinical intervention available 24 hours daily.
• Employees shall function in compliance with all organizational policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Employees work with clients in the assigned Supervised Group Living Home, with administrative assistance and clinical intervention available 24 hours daily. Employees shall function in compliance with all organizational policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
