Macomb Residential Opportunities is seeking compassionate, reliable Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Roles include housekeeping, errands, transportation, and basic health care tasks to enhance residents' daily living.

Opportunities are available part-time and full-time with paid training, benefits, and a $500 sign-on bonus. Training, time off, and advancement possibilities are offered to dedicated staff.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Submit to and result in a clean criminal background check
• Comply with all pre-employment and training requirements

Responsibilities

• Direct care in an adult group home/community living setting
• Perform housekeeping, run errands, provide transportation
• Provide basic home health care including hygiene, feeding and monitoring
• Support residents and contribute to a positive living environment
