Job summary

Axis Spine & Pain Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interventional pain management team in Warner Robins, GA. The LPN will provide direct patient care, assist with procedures, and document care in the EMR system under supervision to ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient service.

The ideal candidate has an LPN license in Georgia, current BLS/CPR, and a patient-centered mindset. Experience in pain management or orthopedics is a plus; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program required.
• Current, active, and unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or specialty care preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care appropriate to the patient’s age, condition, and plan within LPN scope.
• Take and document vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints accurately and timely.
• Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and within the LPN scope.
• Assist physicians and RNs during clinical procedures and examinations.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and report changes to the supervising provider.
• Accurately document patient care and clinical observations in the EMR system.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, infection control standards and regulatory requirements.
