Helping People Excel, Inc. is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with disabilities in group homes and the community. We offer multiple shifts: Part Time, Full Time, Per Diem; First, Second, and Overnight; including weekends.
You will assist with daily living, activities, and community participation. Requirements include a high school diploma, at least one year of caregiver experience, valid driver's license with insured vehicle, and strong English communication skills.

Mission Statement
We are searching for compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Professionals to work with adults with disabilities in group homes and the community. The following shifts are available.
Job Duties: Provide the highest quality of service to the individuals served. Implement, document, and follow each individual's overall plan of service. Assist individuals with their daily living skills and ensure adherence with activity schedule (this may include cooking, cleaning, outings). Provide support for development, maintenance, or enhancement of independent functioning skills in the area of sensory-motor, cognition, personal care, hygiene, etc. Participate in development and implementation of the Overall Plan of Service for the individuals, completing all required documentation. Must be able to use personal vehicle for transporting individuals to outings or medical appointments (mileage is reimbursed on a biweekly basis).
