You will supervise participants per individual service plans, lead activities such as fitness and community outings, ensure safety, transport participants, and assist with hygiene and behavioral management, emphasizing dignity and respectful engagement.

supervising participants according to individual service plans, engaging them in activities such as fitness, outdoor recreation, domestic skills, and community outings, ensuring safety and dignity, maintaining staff-to-participant ratios, transporting individuals safely, and assisting with hygiene and behavioral management.
high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, valid driver’s license with insurable record, reliable transportation, ability to operate electronic documentation systems, and physical capability to assist participants, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience with behavioral support, working with DD/ID individuals, or in similar settings is preferred.
