Louisiana Health & Rehab. Options (LHRO) in Baton Rouge has immediate openings for Direct Service Workers across all shifts. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Staff provide active treatment per client plans and work under the Program Director. Competitive pay and incentive pays are offered. Direct Service Workers will train residents, supervise day-to-day activities, and transport clients when needed, ensuring safety and adherence

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Age must be at least 18 and at least 23 years old for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Implement through training, the individual client's Plan of Care.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to clients.
• Supervise activities, transportation, and daily living tasks as directed by the Program Director.
• Record incidents and maintain cleanliness and safety in living areas.
• Transport residents and assist with meal planning, shopping, and household maintenance.
