Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement the prescribed Active Treatment program for each client based on the Individual Plan of Care.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to clients under the direction of the Program Director.
• Participate in intake and development of Individual Plan of Care.
• Provide individual and group counseling under supervision.
• Record accidents/incidents on each shift.
• Inspect living areas for repairs and cleanliness.
• Be familiar with all policies and procedures relative to residents (discipline, medical emergencies, safety).
• Supervise all activities, events, and functions and provide necessary transportation.
