Louisiana Health & Rehab. Options (LHRO) in Lafayette is seeking flexible PRN Direct Service Workers to support clients across the Lafayette area, Rayne, and Crowley.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to travel with reliable transportation. The Direct Service Worker provides prescribed Active Treatment, helps with daily supervision, and supports clients under the Program Director’s guidance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Age 18 or older; must be at least 23 years old to qualify.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Active Treatment per client’s Individual Plan-of-Care.
• Assist in implementing Behavior Management Plans when required.
• Supervise self-administration of medication by residents.
• Assist in intake and development of individualized plans of care.
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments and activities.
• Supervise and participate in cooking, meal planning, shopping, and household maintenance.
• Support residents in social skills and recreational/leisure activities.
