Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living and mobility as directed.
• Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and peri care.
• Record vital signs and report per schedule.
• Provide mealtime assistance and dining support.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and linen services as scheduled.
• Maintain a clean med room and provide shift reports.
• Ensure safety and evacuation readiness during emergencies.
• Work weekends and holidays as required.
