Lifesteps is hiring Direct Care Staff for the Kittanning, PA area.

Lifesteps, a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, is immediately hiring compassionate staff to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home setting in Kittanning, PA.

Specific job address will be provided upon job offer.

Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) assist adults with daily living skills and home care tasks, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care assistance, medication administration, and goal attainment.

Steady, full-time hours are available! The shift is from 3 pm to 11 pm. Part-time hours with flexible scheduling are also available.

No experience necessary! Paid training provided! Experienced home health aides and support professionals are welcome.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
