Join the Lifesteps, Inc. team as a Direct Care Aide in Delmont, PA, and enjoy new increased wages. Lifesteps is a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, hiring compassionate staff to support adults with disabilities in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care, medication administration, and community activities. Flexible shifts are available: daytime (7 am to 3 pm) and evening (3 pm to 11 pm), with part-time options also offered. No experience is necessary; paid training is provided. Experienced professionals are welcome.

Requirements include being 18 or older, able to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance, possessing a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and obtaining necessary clearances.
