Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Middleborough, MA is hiring for a full-time position offering day shifts and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The role involves providing 1:1 and group support, helping individuals develop daily living skills, and implementing care plans from clinical teams.

Strong teamwork and documentation are required. Qualifications include a high school diploma, valid license, basic MS Word/internet knowledge, and ability to pass background checks and TB screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
• Tuberculosis screening within the previous 12 months.
