RTR is seeking dedicatedResidential Support Staff in Marshfield, MA. This full-time role involves assisting individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community participation, in a residential setting, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive home environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to complete mandated trainings, including medication administration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Successful completion of trainings including medication administration.
• Willingness to undergo Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and information release for DPPC/DDS.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills like cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Successful completion and maintenance of all state and agency mandated trainings, including medication administration.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals under supervision, employees of the organization, families, and members of the community.
