RTR seeks Residential Support Staff to help individuals with developmental disabilities live independently in a residential setting. You will provide hands-on care, skill-building, and daily support to transform houses into homes.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
• Must be willing to complete mandated trainings and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with daily living skills such as cooking and hygiene.
• Provide personal care and mobility support.
• Coordinate medical appointments and community activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and complete progress reports.
