RTR is seeking a Residential Support Staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in living independently. You’ll provide hands-on care, skill-building, and daily support to turn houses into homes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with ability to read, analyze and write basic reports.
• Ability to document progress notes and coordinate schedules.
• Must meet state and agency mandated trainings including medication procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills like cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance.
• Coordinate and attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Implement individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications following proper procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with team members, families, and care providers.
• Act as a positive, consistent role model.
