Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Converse Direct Brand Representative to support in-store brand standards and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on merchandising displays, maintaining materials, and boosting in-store brand presence at Converse Stores.

As an Independent Contractor, you will visit stores on a flexible schedule, report outcomes via the ThirdChannel app, and help maximize sell-through and product presentation. Immediate onboarding available.

Qualifications

• Retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Passion for Converse brand, footwear, and lifestyle fashion.
• Attention to detail and brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently on site with flexible scheduling.
• Own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16.0+ or Android 13.0+).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines and directives.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing and promotional materials.
• Maintain product presentation standards to ensure a premium in-store experience.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports, including photos and written feedback, using the ThirdChannel app on a smart device.
