Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Converse Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising to support in-store brand standards across assigned territories. You will merchandise Converse displays, maintain marketing materials, and drive a strong in-store presence.

As an independent contractor, you will visit stores on a flexible schedule, typically 1–2 hours per visit, one visit per store per month, with additional visits during campaigns. Must be self-motivated and report via the ThirdChannel app.

Qualifications

• Retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and brand presentation.
• Own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16+/Android 13+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising per Converse guidelines.
• Ensure installation and visibility of materials.
• Maintain premium in-store product presentation.
• Educate store staff about Converse products and campaigns.
• Build relationships with store teams to support sell-through.
• Submit store visit reports with photos and feedback via ThirdChannel app.
