Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Converse Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising to support in-store brand standards across assigned territories. You will merchandise displays, maintain marketing materials, and drive a strong Converse presence in retail locations.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor with flexible scheduling and visits typically 1–2 hours per store. You will report via the ThirdChannel app and collaborate with store teams to enhance sell-through.

Qualifications

• Retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Passion for Converse brand and fashion.
• Strong attention to brand presentation and detail.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently on-site.
• Own a smart device with internet (iOS 16+ or Android 13+).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines and directives.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing and promotional materials.
• Maintain product presentation standards to ensure a premium in-store experience.
• Educate and engage store associates about Converse products and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports, including photos and written feedback, using ThirdChannel app on a smart device.
