Qualifications

• In-depth Direct Bill lifecycle knowledge with reconciliation experience.
• Experience leading offshore reconciliation teams.
• Strong analytical skills to transform data into insights.
• Ability to enforce governance, policies, and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Direct Bill operations for Health & Benefits and Private Client.
• Direct offshore team in account reconciliations and month-end processing.
• Resolve discrepancies between statements and records.
• Monitor aging balances and escalate as needed.
• Provide KPI reporting and data storytelling.
• Collaborate with carriers, producers, account managers, and Finance.
• Maintain system records and ensure compliance.
