Qualifications

• 2+ years of Direct Bill, insurance accounting, or comparable accounting operations.
• Experience collaborating with offshore or cross-functional partners is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Collect carrier and vendor statements, process and reconcile timely.
• Reconcile carrier commissions and ensure postings match records.
• Investigate billing, commission, and reconciliation discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Monitor Direct Bill aging and unapplied cash, resolve past-due items.
