Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• WA State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
• 5+ years of post-certification BCBA experience preferred.
• Experience independently managing ABA cases from assessment through treatment.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create and modify ABA programming based on client progress.
• Collect and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and training.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools and other professionals.
• Complete clinical documentation and insurance requirements.
• Monitor progress and make data-based treatment decisions.
