Qualifications

• Holds a current license from WA State as an LBA.
• Certified as a BCBA.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and ABA Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based ABA Therapy to children with autism.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
