Qualifications
Holds a current license from WA State as an LBA.
Certified as a BCBA.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and ABA Therapy.
Responsibilities
Provide home-based ABA Therapy to children with autism.
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs).
Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
