Reworld Waste in the eastern United States is expanding rapidly and seeks a Greenfield Commercial Startup leader to coordinate and manage all commercial activity for new Material Processing Facilities (MPFs) that handle solids and liquids and feed our Waste-to-Energy network.
You will develop and execute the sales startup strategy, own the profitability and sales budget, and collaborate with regional brokers, customer care, and waste approval teams to deliver growth.

You want ownership and responsibility to help play a key role in ensuring the achievement of significant revenue growth targets that support Reworld’s objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic environmental and industrial services market. You have the energy, business insight, expertise in environmental services, “hunter” instincts, and people skills to consistently achieve meaningful growth targets while closely collaborating with cross-functional partners. Reworld is looking to expand and grow our leadership team and is seeking a Greenfield Commercial Startup leader who will coordinate and manage all commercial activity to fill the open capacity in our new Material Processing Facilities (MPFs), which manages solids and liquids industrial waste and is then routed to our Waste‑to‑energy facilities, partner kilns, local POTWs or other third‑party outlets.
The successful candidate will further develop and execute our sales startup strategy and be responsible for the profitability and sales budget. The candidate will report to the Corporate Greenfield Business Leader and will work closely with our Regional and National Broker teams as well as Customer Care and Waste Approval Teams to ensure all aspects of the business are efficiently and effectively managed.
The preferred candidate will live in the Eastern half of the US with access to a major airport.

Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages. The range below reflects Reworld’s reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.
The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $139,795.00 - $207,925.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
