Horizon Health in Pinehurst, NC seeks a Director of Nursing (Behavioral Health) to lead a 28-bed adult/dual diagnosis unit. The role partners with hospital leadership to drive clinical excellence and governance.

The ideal candidate has extensive behavioral health leadership, NC RN licensure, and a Master’s degree with strong strategic and financial oversight.

Competenze

• Must have at least three (3) years of nursing leadership experience within an acute care facility.
• Minimum five (5) years of behavioral health experience.
• Experience working with accrediting bodies.
• Active North Carolina RN licensure.
• Master’s degree required, if in a field other than nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.

Horizon Healthis seeking a Director of Nursing (Behavioral Health) at First Health Moore Regional Health in Pinehurst, NC. This unit is a 28 bed adult/ dual diagnosis program.

• Must be able to work in partnership with hospital president, system CNO and other hospital staff.
