Williams seeks a Director of Corporate Communications in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to lead an enterprise-wide communications strategy spanning HR, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Finance/IR, and IT/Business Transformation. As the Director of Corporate Communications, you will lead Williams' integrated communications strategy across the enterprise's core functions-including Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Finance/Investor Relations, and IT/Business Transformation-ensuring clear, consistent, and credible messaging that aligns with business strategy while protecting and advancing the company's reputation. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Affairs, you will serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise leadership and will partner closely with the VP to develop and execute the executive engagement strategy.

Education/Years of Experience:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Communications , Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field and minimum 12 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, either in-house or agency, including at least 5 years of people management experience
