Job summary

Williams is seeking a Director, Creative & Brand Experience to define the brand vision and lead an in-house studio of photographers, videographers, designers, and producers. You will guide content strategy and creative craft, ensuring a cohesive brand story across all channels and audiences.

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Affairs, you will drive advertising, sponsorships, events, and storytelling to advance Williams' commercial success and reputation, while nurturing top talent and maintaining

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts or related field with 12+ years of progressive creative leadership.
  • Experience building or scaling an in-house studio, brand team, or agency and leading creatives.
  • Strong people leadership with ability to develop talent and high-output teams.
  • Executive presence to present and defend creative decisions to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Defines and evolves the Williams brand — identity, voice, and storytelling across touchpoints.
  • Sets creative direction for advertising campaigns and brand storytelling from concept to production.
  • Owns brand sponsorship strategy and activation with partners and events.
  • Builds and governs the brand system with standards and templates for consistency.
  • Leads and grows the studio team of photographers, designers, videographers, and digital strategists.
  • Delivers high-quality creative on time and on budget, balancing in-house and external support.
  • Partners with Corporate Communications to keep the Williams narrative unified.
  • Manages agency and vendor relationships and ensures quality.
  • Defines KPIs linking creative output to brand, business, and reputational impact.
  • Stays ahead of design and production trends to keep work modern and competitive.
