Hickory Trail Hospital, an 86-bed behavioral health facility located just south of Dallas, has been providing quality health care to the residents of DFW since 1988. Hickory Trail Hospital provides inpatient and day treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Our professional staff individualizes care to uniquely fit the intensity and severity of each client's case and their family's needs. Because crisis occurs at all times of the day and night, our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are also a proud supporter of the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention.

The Director of Business Development, as an essential member of the Senior Management Staff, is responsible for: directing the Community Education/Business Development efforts, and development and continuous refinement of the facility’s business development plan; consulting with the Chief Executive Officer and other Senior Management Staff; designing, developing, implementing and directing the business development strategic goals, philosophy, policies, procedures, and systems and oversees all of the Business Development Department. This position is responsible for reporting, analyzing and presenting current market data and trends and for recommending/implementing appropriate Business Development strategic plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree. Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting. Three years minimum experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships required; 5 years preferred.
