About the Centre

Sunbury our 100-place centre, has a team of experienced educators who are committed to providing families within our local community high quality care and education. The centre offers quality care to the community for children six weeks to school age. We have six resource-rich learning studios, including natural spacious outdoor areas, with our resident turtle rainbow and chickens glitter and Lola.


The Opportunity

Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;

  1. Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  2. Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  3. Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
  4. Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
  5. Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements - To be considered, you will have:
  • A completed Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards it).
  • Prior experience in long day-care (desirable).
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the 11 Child Safe Standards, NQF and the EYLF.
  • Current Working with Children's Check (Employee version - for VIC state).
  • Be an Australian Citizen or permanent Resident (PR).
